TheDoneBox stores your uploaded documents, extracted information, and reminders privately. Each user can only access their own records — other users cannot see your items, files, or activity.
When you upload a photo, document, screenshot, or paste text, TheDoneBox uses AI to summarize and extract dates, amounts, and suggested actions. The content is used only to produce your Action Card and is not shared with other users.
We don't sell your data. We don't use your documents to train models. We don't take actions on your behalf without your explicit confirmation.
You can permanently delete any item at any time, and you can delete your entire account and all associated data from Account → Danger zone.
AI can make mistakes. Always verify important dates, amounts, and obligations against the original document. TheDoneBox is a tool to help you organize — not a substitute for professional advice.
